About this role

Support end-to-end project coordination across marketing initiatives, including timeline management, task tracking, and stakeholder follow-ups
Assist in building and maintaining project timelines, routing deliverables, and keeping projects on track in Workfront
Coordinate across cross-functional teams (social, creative, events, tech, ESG, and awards) to ensure alignment and progress
Help drive adoption of new processes and workflows as the team evolves its project management approach
Take meeting notes, capture action items, and support overall team organization and communication
Assist with content-related workflow support (e.g., social posts, marketing deliverables) and resource coordination

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); recent graduates encouraged to apply
Strong Communication & organizational skills and attention to detail
Interest in healthcare marketing and communications
Basic understanding of marketing channels (social, digital, email)
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across diverse teams
