Contact Center Representative II – Bilingual Spanish

Role Overview

• Promote strong and lasting Customer relationships in a Contact Center environment
• Provide quality Customer service and sales in an efficient and highly professional manner
• Manage customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
• Complete a broad range of financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Support the achievement of business objectives by meeting individual and team goals

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ years of related experience (Retail Customer service, banking, or Contact Center experience preferred)
• Ability to use/learn current technology and software applications related to position
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required (must be fluent in Spanish and/or English)
• Experience handling confidential information preferred
• Ability to adhere to a set schedule including weekends, overnights, and holidays
