Role Overview
- Develop and optimize new Virtual Metrology recipes for Feed-Forward and Feedback APC's (Advanced Process Control)
- Using big data to identify best combo manufacturing paths to reduce yield variabilities
- Derive new indices for dynamic and optimal run paths control
- Expert in Data Analysis (Statistics, Design of Experiments
- DOE)
- Knowledge of Metrology measurement techniques (THK, CON, OCD, CD, VM, IM)
Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering, Mathematics, or Systems Analysis
- Master preferred
- Able to prioritize large workloads on a daily basis (Multitasking)
- Experience with FAB automation, unit parts' processes and reporting systems
- Experience with Spotfire, JMP or other analytics tools is a plus
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point
