Receive, qualify, and respond to customer inquiries via our call tracking system and advise customers on IT-specific issues
Receive goods, manage warehouse/inventory, process orders, maintain the asset inventory, and perform stocktakes
Install PCs, equip new employees with hardware, and support and assist with events, including off-site events
Train new employees on the EY IT environment and network checks, and provide executive IT support for company events and proposals, including support ticket handling in ServiceNow
Requirements
Completed vocational training in the IT field and at least two years of professional experience in IT support and customer service
Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, networking PC environments and remote access (Wi‑Fi, DSL), and experience with service management systems such as ServiceNow
Excellent communication skills in German and English
