Structure and evolve the squad's backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and technical feasibility.
Understand technical API documentation from payment and anti-fraud providers, translating it into clear requirements for engineering.
Map, design, and evolve integration flows with strategic providers in LatAm markets (especially Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico).
Monitor performance indicators for integrations and decision orchestration, identifying bottlenecks and proposing continuous improvements.
Ensure quality and consistency in product decisions, working closely with model and data squads.
Collaborate with stakeholders across different areas, understanding business needs and translating them into product solutions.
Act as a bridge between business, engineering, and data, ensuring decisions are technically feasible and results-driven.
Support the platform's expansion into new markets and verticals by contributing to the mapping of local requirements.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital product management, working closely with engineering teams.
Fluency in reading and interpreting technical API documentation (REST, JSON, OAuth, etc.).
Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management tools.
Previous experience in fintech, payments, or anti-fraud.
Ability to write technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria clearly.
Experience integrating multiple providers or working with decision orchestration environments.
Preferred: Knowledge of machine learning concepts applied to risk or fraud.
Degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Native or advanced Spanish.
