Provide effective and professional team support and coordination across a wide range of needs from managing partners’ diaries to typing legal documents and assisting with compliance matters
Liaising directly with clients to organise meetings and events and communicate with them on administrative and certain file matters
Taking charge of the team’s monthly billing process and managing certain client engagement requirements such as file status reports
Assisting team authors with settlements and property transactions
Understanding of AML/CFT obligations in New Zealand
Requirements
Diploma in legal secretary studies or other tertiary degree
At least three years’ experience in a similar secretary or assistant role
At least twelve months’ experience as legal secretary in a property/real estate team
Experience completing monthly billing
Previous experience and proficiency using Landonline, PPSR, iManage, GRIP and 3E
A confident user of the Microsoft Office suite
