Lead and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Oversee full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Define and demand resources required for successful project execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and business stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and quality standards
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication across global and regional teams
Choose best methodology to manage the project to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3 to 6 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in the engineering or IT industry
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with engineering platforms and IT infrastructure projects
Familiarity with modern project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Azure DevOps, Agile, Scrum)
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
