Oversee the predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities within a regional area.
Lead a team of dedicated technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently and sustainably.
Provide a safe and comfortable environment for associates and customers.
Work directly with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility services needs.
Directly collaborate with different vendors and contractors as needed.
Reporting and analytics to maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to uphold good standing with relevant authorities.
Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance and quality standards.
Obtain and secure all necessary permits and schedules inspections as mandated by mechanical or building codes.

Licensed Master Plumber and 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, engineering, or related area
OR 3 years’ experience in the above areas with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
Master Electrician License or equivalent in the state you will be working.
Building controls or related area experience leading cross-functional teams.
External work experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in an optical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment.
Supervisory experience.
Type I and Type II Environmental Protection Agency certification for refrigerant handling.
