Role Overview
- Be the trusted thought partner to the CEO and the leadership team
- Lead the development and execution of Pointr's global people strategy
- Own the talent acquisition function end-to-end
- Build scalable people operations, HRIS, compensation, and total rewards programs
- Run a performance management framework
- Drive employee engagement through pulse surveys, listening forums, and cultural programs
- Own HR compliance and risk across US states
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR / People experience
- Proven experience as a strategic partner to a CEO or founder
- Demonstrated success building and leading global, distributed people teams
- Deep expertise across the full people stack
- Hands-on familiarity with modern people tools across HRIS, engagement, and ATS platforms
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Massachusetts and multi-state US employment knowledge required
