Requirements
15+ years of leadership experience in application managed services, enterprise application services, ERP services, or closely related environment.
A track record of owning a delivery organization or business unit with responsibility for service quality, client outcomes, and financial performance.
Demonstrated success improving margins through cost optimization, process transformation, automation, or operating model redesign.
Experience implementing or scaling delivery-enabling platforms, tooling, or AI-driven capabilities.
Strength in executive-level customer engagement, strategic account leadership, and cross-functional influence.
Experience leading globally distributed teams and driving change in complex, matrixed organizations.
