Creating engaging presentations and collateral
Researching wellness vendors
Collaborating closely with your dedicated Wellness Coordinator to manage client projects
Working with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution

2+ years of experience in Employee Benefits or wellness program management
BA/BS in Health Promotion, Public Health, Human Physiology, or related health/wellness field, or hold an RN or PA-C credential
Strong communication skills and the ability to build personalized client relationships
Experience in developing and executing wellness programs
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Certification in Certified Wellness Program Specialist (CWWS) required upon hire
