Role Overview
- Assist members and clients and help maintain business relationships
- Provide administrative, customer service, and business development support to investment advisors and the team
- Respond to information requests from clients regarding their accounts and the firm’s products and services
- Conduct research and follow up as needed to ensure quality service
- Help identify your team’s operational risks and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Attestation of Collegial Studies
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in French is required
