Professional qualifications e.g. qualified accountant and an excellent general academic track record.
Strong financial services experience with knowledge of Finance process, system and technologies.
Excellent power-point skills, with the ability to storyboard and produce best in class presentations.
Strong data manipulation skills (incl. Excel) with analytical problem-solving ability to proactively break down issues and identify solutions.
Adapt leadership and communication styles to influence and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience of finance transformation programs.
Strong command of project management techniques and principles.
Strong process management skills and techniques (Lean, Six Sigma).
