Role Overview
Own the sales process and drive growth
Empower our go-to-market teams with the training, tools, and insights they need to excel
Build scalable onboarding, develop continuous learning initiatives, and shape the way we sell at voize
Ensure each sales conversation is impactful, aligned, and efficient
Directly accelerate our growth, sharpen our sales strategy, and amplify our mission to transform healthcare through AI
Requirements
Proven track record in sales enablement or sales with a strong understanding of what drives team performance and learning
You speak German and have proficient English to support our customers in Germany and collaborate with the team
Passion for learning and development, with the ability to design engaging and effective training experiences
Curious and reflective mindset — you actively look for ways to uncover challenges and improve how things work
Strong communicator with an engaging presence — you energize others and make knowledge stick
Comfortable using (or quickly learning) tools like HubSpot or similar sales and enablement platforms
Resilience is one of your strengths — you see challenges as opportunities, not obstacles
You work iteratively — you test, learn, and improve constantly instead of waiting for perfection
You value open communication and constructive feedback and contribute to a positive team culture
