About this role
Role Overview
- Receive and handle customer inquiries by phone, email, or fax
- Process customer quotation requests
- Provide technical information when required
- Propose applications and solutions that meet customer needs
- Offer complementary products and services
- Perform any necessary follow-up with customers
- Collaborate with our Sales and Shipping departments
- Carry out all duties related to the position
Requirements
- Approximately 3 years of experience in customer service/technical support within an industry focused on industrial product specifications
- Bilingual in both spoken and written communication
- Comfortable using computer systems for processing quotation requests
- College diploma in a technical discipline (major asset)
- Strong listening skills and customer-service orientation
- Comfortable working in a technical environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of SAP Business One (B1) is an asset
