About this role
Role Overview
You handle customer inquiries via our support channels such as chat and phone or during online appointments
You respond independently and promptly to customer inquiries
You identify customer needs and assist customers in using specific features
You analyze and report malfunctions
You report bugs, complaints, or customer requests to Development and to our Success team
Requirements
Initial experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in support, service, call center, or comparable positions
You have strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset with a proactive, friendly, and courteous manner
You work in a goal-oriented way, strive to solve problems, and can think "out of the box"
You can quickly familiarize yourself with new software
You are flexible and resilient
You have excellent German skills and good English skills
You have already gained some experience working with AI-assisted tools
