About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for a defined client portfolio (real estate agents, agencies, property developers)
Strategically expand existing key accounts with a focus on growth and listings
Active field sales acquisition with approximately 8 appointments per week
Independent pipeline management including forecasting in the CRM
Responsible for approx. €170k MRR (~€2M annual revenue)
Advising decision-makers at CEO and owner level
Requirements
B2B field sales experience
At least 3 years of experience in B2B field sales
Proven track record in new customer acquisition and account expansion
Experience with digital products, SaaS or platform-based business models
Ideally exposure to PropTech, real estate or related industries
Strong in sales acquisition and sustained account management
Excellent communication and consultative skills
Structured working style and confident with CRM systems
