Role Overview
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, maintains a consistent standard of 80+ calls per day.
Prospect, profile, and qualify high-value leads within the B2B technology and SaaS sectors.
Execute multi-channel outreach strategies including cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn networking.
Overcome gatekeepers and navigate complex organizational structures to identify key decision-makers.
Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
Meticulously manage lead data and activity tracking within the CRM to ensure a clean sales funnel.
Requirements
Proven experience in a high-volume outbound sales or business development environment.
Deep understanding of the B2B Tech/SaaS landscape and procurement cycles.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport.
High level of resilience and a "hunter" mentality; comfortable making upwards of 80 calls daily.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-velocity workload independently.
Experience working with CRM software and modern sales engagement tools.
Previous experience in a startup or rapid-growth environment.
Familiarity with specific sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, SPIN, or Challenger).
A track record of exceeding quotas in a remote or hybrid work setting.
