This individual contributor is responsible for the design, build, and maintenance of asynchronous learning programs within our Learning Management System (internal platform “PP Learn”, utilizing 360 Learning) aligned to PPFA’s leadership development framework, competency model, and enterprise-wide learning priorities.
Serves as key partner to Director and Manager, Learning & Development.
Works in tandem with the Sr. Specialist E-Learning in support of the organizational learning initiatives.
Builds collaborative relationships with People & Culture Business Partners and stakeholders across the organization to support learning initiatives.
Demonstrates a commitment to race equity and integrates equitable practices into learning design.
Continuously maintains professional growth in instructional design, digital learning tools, and workplace learning trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, human resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, HR, or related function.
Hands-on experience building content within a Learning Management System (360Learning experience preferred).
Strong visual design capability and comfort with presentation and design tools.
Working knowledge of instructional design methodology (e.g., ADDIE) and Adult Learning principles.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams.
