Role Overview
- Turn data into concrete, actionable levers for the production, sales, and purchasing departments.
- Diagnose root causes of manufacturing variances and provide weekly feedback.
- Design and automate data models and Power BI dashboards.
- Model the financial impact of pricing or procurement decisions.
- Support the monthly close by preparing complex financial models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business intelligence, business administration (finance/accounting), or other relevant field.
- 5–10 years in a data analysis role, with mandatory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI (DAX), and Excel (Power Query).
- Deep expertise in costing and comfort working with ERP systems (knowledge of Epicor is a major asset).
