Deliver actionable sales and profitability insights through data-driven analysis to identify risks and opportunities and help drive actions to meet revenue commitments
Assist in the creation of models and tools that support activities such as forecasting and annual planning for US sales business partners.
Financial and analytical support of strategic initiatives
Preparation and distribution of KPI reporting
Month-end close responsibilities to include variance analysis
Proactively navigate change and adapt analyses and priorities to evolving business needs
Drive efficiency/improvement of related finance processes in support of the organization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Positive and motivated approach to tasks and building relationships
Experience supporting a sales organization
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and long-range planning experience
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively within a highly matrixed organization
Strong executive communication and presentation skills
Experience working in the medical device, healthcare, or regulated industry
MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced certification
Experience with SAP, tableau, salesforce and other finance systems
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
