Role Overview
- Manage and grow smaller customer accounts across the Western Cape
- Promote Pan Medtronic solutions
- Build customer relationships across multiple therapies
- Use technology-enabled engagement to support customers effectively
- Coordinate procedure support when customer needs require on-site assistance
- Use CRM tools and digital platforms to manage customer interactions
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and projections based on customer trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Relevant sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or a related commercial environment at Sales Rep III level
- Professional fluency in the required local language(s) and English, in writing and speech
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working across multiple therapies and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to assess when customer procedure needs require additional clinical or technical support
- Full clean driver’s license (as required for the territory)
