Manage day-to-day operations, including reporting, resource allocation, and project scheduling.
Drive financial performance and cost control for service orders, from invoicing to revenue recognition.
Collaborate with technical support, field service teams, and project managers to resolve complex contractual and operational challenges.
Improve service delivery processes to ensure business requirements are met while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
