Provide Employee Relations (ER) consultant services for the McKesson Specialty Provider Organization client groups
Consult with HR practitioners and managers on the impact of employee issues
Manage ER hotline calls and reviewing involuntary terminations with HR practitioners prior to termination
Investigate ER matters, consultations with managers and HR Practitioners
Focus on compliance with regulatory guidelines, policies & practices
Conduct Termination Review process for involuntary terminations
Partner on various projects with Compliance, Learning and Development, Shared Services and other functional areas as needed

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
3-5 years in Employee Relations Healthcare Industry experience REQUIRED
HR Certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Working knowledge of current employment law and regulations, legislation and current trends that impacts Employee Relations matters
Appropriate handling of Employee Relations matters to mitigate risk & escalation
Employee Relations Investigations & Documentation
Involuntary Termination Reviews
Employee Relations Hotline Call Management
Working within a large Matrixed Organizational Structure
Work within the Healthcare Industry
Influencing Practice Leadership & HR preferred
