- Lead the development and execution of downstream commercial and contracting strategies across major infrastructure projects
- Establish downstream contracting frameworks with appropriate risk allocation
- Lead complex commercial negotiations to deliver balanced agreements
- Drive contract risk assessment and governance
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to shape procurement strategies
- Lead a team of commercial and contract specialists
Requirements
- Strong commercial acumen and deal judgement
- Deep understanding of construction/infrastructure contracts in a real delivery context
- Demonstrated experience developing procurement and contracting strategies
- Proven track record in negotiating high-value, complex contracts
- Strong capability in identifying, analysing and managing commercial and contractual risk across the project lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
