About this role
Role Overview
- Serve as the primary data point of contact for commercial and executive leadership, supporting performance analysis, budgeting, targets, and sales projections.
- Develop projections, scenarios and strategic analyses to support planning and decision-making.
- Work strategically in Databricks, ensuring integrity, standardization and correction of gaps in commercial datasets.
- Build and evolve the Commercial Data Warehouse, including query development, data modeling and pipeline automation.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring performance, clarity and metric standardization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Solid experience in data roles, such as Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, BI or Business Intelligence.
- Advanced SQL skills for manipulating and optimizing large volumes of data.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks or modern cloud data architectures (Lakehouse).
- Advanced knowledge of Python and/or PySpark for automation and data pipelines.
- Not mandatory, but a strong advantage if you have:
- Experience with commercial planning, target setting and budget monitoring.
- Background working in high-complexity, high-volume data environments.
- Knowledge of modern data architecture (Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Mesh).
- Experience with agile methodologies and stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of delivering direct business impact and acting as a bridge between technical and business teams.
