Lead regional strategy for startups and AI companies marketing campaigns to drive demand for Stripe in AMER. Represent plans to the broader business in collaboration with demand gen team members.
In collaboration with cross-functional partner teams, oversee execution of campaign tactics and messaging. Channels can include events, email, paid media, and SEO/AEO, among others
Monitor pipeline results and compile campaign performance updates to be shared with stakeholders while driving continuous improvement through optimizations.
Partner closely with the sales/sales development team to monitor pipeline health and ensure a smooth handoff of marketing leads
Requirements
7+ years of professional experience
B2B marketing exposure
Proven track record of defining and executing programs with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders that deliver against funnel metrics and KPI
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and communicate it clearly
Self-managing and proactive: We need someone who is proactive instead of needing to be told what to do for every step in Stripe’s dynamic environment
Ability to deal with ambiguity: The ability to build, adapt, and maintain positive momentum is key for this role
Fluency with AI including leveraging native AI tooling and integrating LLM / agentic capabilities into everyday work
Experience with awareness driving tactics like engagement or branding goals
Paid/digital media exposure
Event marketing experience. Have experience working on events, not required that they have led an event before
Experience scaling programs with an eye toward repeatability and efficiency
Understanding of the startup and AI company ecosystem as well as payments, SaaS, and financial technology sectors
