Help drive Jira hygiene and produce clear project status updates for stakeholders and leadership
Partner closely with the Scrum Master and Program Manager
Own project planning for priority Platform Engineering initiatives
Help translate technical work into clear project plans and stakeholder-facing status
Define clear milestones, timelines, owners, dependencies, risks, and follow-ups
Track project execution across teams, ensuring work is clearly represented in Jira
Maintain RAID logs covering risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
Prepare clear stakeholder updates and executive-ready project summaries
Follow up consistently on action items, decisions, risks, and unresolved questions
Requirements
4+ years of experience in technical project management, project coordination, delivery management, or a similar role supporting software, infrastructure, cloud, or platform teams
4+ years of experience building and maintaining project plans, timelines, RAID logs, dependency trackers, and status updates
3+ years of experience using Jira and Confluence for project management
3+ years of experience producing project health reporting for leadership audiences
Strong PowerPoint skills, including the ability to produce clear stakeholder and executive-ready updates
Any experience working with engineering, infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, platform, or operations teams
Any experience supporting sprint coordination, ceremonies, and agile delivery practices
