Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex software development and data delivery initiatives, applying structured project management and Agile practices to ensure predictable delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and multiple concurrent projects
• Define scope, estimates, schedules, and resource requirements
• Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across teams
• Facilitate executive-level updates and decision forums
• Implement mitigation strategies using structured planning techniques
• Improve execution practices within and across teams
• Mentor Level I and II PMs
• Drive process enhancements that improve delivery performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technology, business, or health-related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of practical experience in software or data project management
• Experience leading complex cross-team initiatives through the full project lifecycle applying a variety of well-known and proven frameworks and methodologies
• Strong risk management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making across teams
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and related tools
• Experience mentoring or coaching team members
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver predictable outcomes
• Professional certification such as PMP and PSM or CSM preferred
