About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the SRM process with critical suppliers at senior executive level
- Ensure execution of category strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Systematically and efficiently manage complex contracts approval
- Develop and drive the vision, strategy, and implementation plan
- Manage the needs and expectations of the Business
- Develop and maintain the strategic direction for the Procurement function
- Lead the process to identify the needs of our NPI pipeline
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 of years of relevant work experience
- Procurement and/or Supply Chain experience (e.g., Strategic Procurement, Sourcing, Category, and/or Supplier Management)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to respond to changes in the external environment
- Minimum of a Bachelor's / University or equivalent degree is required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Certifications in CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, PMP, or equivalent are helpful
