Senior Manager, Procurement – Biologics Category

Role Overview

• Lead Supplier Relationship Management process with critical suppliers
• Ensure execution of category strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Manage complex contracts approval and compliance
• Develop category strategy and business engagement
• Lead the process for NPI pipeline needs identification

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Proficiency with Supplier Performance, Supply Market Analysis, Cost Modeling, Procurement Strategy, etc.
• Knowledge of complex Biologics
