Build, manage, and elevate strong relationships with distribution partners
Influence, motivate, and guide distributor sales agents to execute strategic priorities
Assess partner capabilities, identify performance gaps, and implement development plans
Lead joint business planning, including forecasting, territory coverage, and market expansion
Drive sales through and with partners by providing strategic direction and ongoing commercial support
Ensure distributors are fully equipped with product knowledge and selling tools
Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends
Develop deep expertise in the ultrasound product portfolio and customer segments
Maintain understanding of territory dynamics and healthcare market trends
Translate market insights into actionable strategies
Partner closely with marketing, product management, service, and finance teams
Provide feedback from the field to support product enhancements and marketing campaigns
Operate within established commercial frameworks while exercising sound judgment

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in sales)
Must live in the territory (MN, IA, WI, IL, IN, MI, OH)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
