Requirements
Deep understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements within Clinical Application modules (HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS)
Strong problem-solving and technical expertise with Clinical Applications and utilities (reporting, security, integrations with third-party systems)
1+ years of experience in a Clinical Application support role
Experience with AO FOX, AS400 / RPG, Windows Server, SQL Server
Ability to communicate effectively with executives, clinicians, and IT teams; manage stakeholder expectations around system issues, change timelines, and service levels
