Requirements
Bachelors or Degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or a related discipline; or eight (8) years of equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in asbestos-related projects specifically to industrial sites, large demolition projects, construction safety, air compliance and contaminated site investigation.
California Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) or Certified Site Surveillance (CSST) Certification, current.
California Department of Public Health (CDPH) – Certified Lead Sampling Technician or Certified Lead Inspector / Assessor, current.
Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to be cross trained in additional health and safety/industrial hygiene work.
Ability to travel within the southern and central California areas.
Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.
