Role Overview
- Develop effective sales strategy to improve market reach and growth aspirations
- Lead and execute sales strategy to deliver targets for products and services
- Manage and coach Sales organization to achieve sales targets
- Identify new opportunities and allocate resources for implementation
- Plan and execute customer surveys to ensure satisfaction
- Participate in negotiations of key contracts
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the OT or software industry
- Experienced in digitalization, Industrial Software, and relevant tools
- Strong knowledge of operational excellence and asset performance management
- Degree in MBA or B.E. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Comfortable communicating in English and other relevant business communication languages as required.
