Implement bug fixes in existing software
Assist with installation of systems
Perform tests of projects for deployment
Interact with Senior and Principal Enterprise Solutions Engineers
Develop interfaces to and from the MES system
Develop scripts and functions using various technologies
Support and help manage the system and its components throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and maintain reports in various technologies
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Improve methods and techniques within projects and share learnings with the team

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or Applied Sciences
4-8 years of OT or IT Systems Management, OT interface development, or related technology and coding experience
Positive, self-motivated individual with enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Continuous learning attitude for new software partners and challenges
Highly organized with attention to detail and good task management skills
Basic programming and code debugging skills (VBS and C#)
Understanding of SQL database fundamentals
Experience supporting software in a Windows Server environment
Experience developing or supporting web-based applications
Understanding of cGMP and manufacturing operations
