Partnering effectively with product, marketing, and leadership across a matrix organization to understand complex business needs, influence teams without direct authority, and deliver data-driven growth solutions
Applying rigorous critical thinking, statistical methodologies, and analytical modeling to solve complex, ambiguous data problems regarding customer behavior, bundling, and churn
Conducting secondary market research and deep competitive analytics to identify telecom industry trends, market gaps, and competitor strategies
Using advanced analytical findings and modern AI prompting to craft compelling strategic narratives and deliver engaging, executive-ready presentations to leadership and steering committees

Experience on Core Tools & Technologies: Generative AI Platforms: Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Co-Pilot (for workflow acceleration, code generation, and strategic research)
Experience on Data Languages & Querying: SQL, BigQuery, Python
Experience on Data Infrastructure: Relational databases, Data Warehouses
Experience on Strategic Frameworks
Experience on Subscriber Ecosystem Frameworks: Share of Wallet (SoW) optimization, multi-product bundling mechanics, and Fixed-Mobile Convergence (FMC) strategy
Experience on Value & Retention Mapping: Churn reduction modeling, Cross-Sell/Up-Sell matrixing, and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) vs. Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) optimization for converged subscribers
Experience on Competitive & Market Positioning: Competitor rate-card benchmarking, subscriber gap analysis, and defensive/offensive switching-incentive strategies
Experience on Transformation Lifecycle Mapping: Benefit realization tracking, capability maturity mapping, and scaling pilot frameworks within a centralized Transformation Office
