About this role
Role Overview
- Make decisions regarding escalated cases for suspicious activity reports (SAR)
- Collaborate with the local FIU and follow-up on SARs
- Guide colleagues during investigations of unusual and complex cases
- Oversee ML/TF risks and suggest mitigation actions
- Provide trainings on identified ML/TF risks
- Manage other Compliance area tasks assigned by the manager
- Ensure good cooperation with other Luminor’s units
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in AML/Sanctions area
- Investigation and suspicious activity identification skills
- Good knowledge of AML/CFT
- Good awareness of Baltic and European regulatory requirements
- Good understanding of financial crime typologies
- Experience in SAR reporting is strongly preferred
- Ability to independently manage one’s job
- Strategic mind-set and high motivation
- Higher education (Law, Economics or similar)
- Fluent Estonian and English in communication
