Role Overview
- Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment processes
- Own and drive the recruitment process from start to finish
- Source candidates and build a diverse candidate pipeline
- Manage communication with candidates to ensure a stellar experience
- Contribute to the development of a strong culture within the team
Requirements
- Several years of experience working with end-to-end volume recruitment within the warehouse or blue-collar roles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience or knowledge with different search & sourcing techniques
- Good knowledge of recruitment platforms & systems such as LinkedIn and Teamtailor
- Fluent in English
