Role Overview
- Drive and own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering hires as your primary focus
- Lead role-brief conversations to capture sharp requirements
- Run proactive search and outreach, build talent pools for core profiles
- Own candidate communication through the recruitment process
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of owning tech roles in-house or at a specialised tech recruitment consultancy
- Confident with cold outreach and LinkedIn search
- Experience working closely with engineering or product leaders
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Swedish is required
- Experience from FinTech, SaaS, scale-up or a fast-growing tech-product environment is a strong advantage
