Role Overview

• Managing a docket of cases to resolution
• Preparing client for depositions
• Attending depositions
• Responding to client inquiries that require attorney negotiations
• Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed

Requirements

• California State Barred
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Doctors' deposition experience (preferred)
