Role Overview
- Provide frontline support covering electro-mechanical hardware routine proactive/reactive work
- Technical training, upskilling of customers, and maintaining documentation
- Troubleshooting and ownership of faults
- Preventative maintenance and fault-related data analysis
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders for seamless service
Requirements
- Ideally Degree-educated or Diploma level in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Thorough and up-to-date understanding of the IVD industry
- Solid experience in implementing best-in-class support
- Ability to provide effective support for pathology laboratory solutions
- Self-motivated with a positive mindset
- Must possess a valid driving licence
- Must have permanent right to work in Ireland
