Lead forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities for Product Management and Engineering teams
Perform detailed variance analysis for Product Management and Engineering teams, communicating results to leaders in both Finance and Product
Partner with Product Management and Engineering leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations for product investments and roadmaps
Support financial evaluation of business cases for R&D portfolio expansion, and other engineering initiatives
Ensure compliance with financial policies and maintain accuracy in reporting
Identify and implement process improvements relating to Finance operations

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred
4-6 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a technology-driven environment
Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI/Tableau a plus
