Achieve sales budgets at key accounts.
Develop targeted strategies to expand the customer base through cold calling, enquiry generation, and marketing initiatives.
Understand customer requirements and market trends to define and develop the best technical solutions for applications.
Conduct in-depth technical presentations and discussions.
Negotiate and finalize deals in coordination with the internal B&R team.
Provide exceptional sales support to existing customers.
Introduce new products and technical training offerings.
Organize workflows and meetings to consistently meet customer deadlines.
Represent B&R at exhibitions, seminars, and product demos to strengthen brand presence.
Maintain up-to-date Salesforce entries and track after-sales support and maintenance activities.

Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
3-5 years progressive customer service or direct marketing experience preferably in electrical /automation industry
Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills.
Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently
Strong attention to details, possessing a team working aptitude and interested in preventing errors and solving problems
Must also have an excellent sense of priorities and exceptional phone and customer service skills
Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence both internally and externally.
