Optimize supply chain efficiency by managing material activities such as materials and data system analysis, stock management, inventory control analyzing and reporting, and overseeing approved equipment purchase tracking.
Manage material planning activities to ensure uninterrupted production and on-time customer delivery by collaborating with project managers, purchasing, engineering and external vendors.
Oversee demand planning alignment, material availability, and inventory optimization while driving continuous improvement across planning processes and systems.
Maintain Material Management Databases, local procurement funds and operating instructions.
Utilize various mechanized systems to enter, collect and analyze data, generate detailed reports, and create efficiencies in report data to track costs and maintain budget analysis.
Oversee and optimize relationships with external suppliers, carriers and service providers ensuring efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations.
Address diverse supply chain problems by evaluating identifiable factors, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Coordinate complex logistics functions, including distribution of IT materials, ensuring minimal risk of loss or quality deterioration.

Candidate must have 7 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education.
Microsoft Office Suite experience.
Demonstrated experience with the full life cycle of customer assets.
Demonstrated experience collaborating and coordinating across project teams and components facilitating information sharing, reuse and productivity improvements.
Prior experience in a lead role.
Possess strong communications skills, to include written and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with defense organizational structures, operational processes, or logistics/IT environments.
Experience briefing or supporting senior government leadership.
Experience with SAP asset management and ServiceNow.
Ability to learn tasks quickly with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus in a stressful environment, and be able to adapt to a variety of challenges.
