Assist in the completion of construction projects by preparing engineering design and documents and confirming specifications
Assist in the design of construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models
Assist in site visits for construction support
Assist in preparation of engineering designs by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photographs, and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and related topographical and geologic data
Assist in determining project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs
Assist in the creation of feasibility studies by analyzing engineering design, conducting environmental impact studies, and assembling data
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required
0-2 years of experience as a civil engineer, preferably with experience in site layout, stormwater, erosion control, utilities, and other infrastructure systems
AutoCAD exposure
Microstation, Civil3D, or SWMM exposure a strong plus
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
Availability and willingness to travel
Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check in compliance with NIST 800-171
