Create and maintain campaign reporting and present results to senior management
Develop and test ad creatives, landing pages and A/B tests to optimize conversions
Manage and expand additional digital channels such as TikTok Ads, programmatic advertising and affiliate marketing
Work closely with content, design and product teams to develop cross‑channel campaign concepts
Monitor the market and competitors in the online gaming sector and identify new growth opportunities
Manage campaign budgets and proactively report deviations
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in performance or digital marketing, ideally in the gaming or entertainment industry
Proven expertise in independently managing Google Ads and Facebook/Meta campaigns
Strong analytical skills and confident use of tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Business Suite
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Funnel.io) is a plus
Creative in developing campaign ideas combined with a strong data-driven mindset
Solid knowledge of tracking implementation (e.g. Google Tag Manager, pixel setup, conversion tracking) and experience handling user data in a GDPR-compliant manner
Confident use of AI tools in a marketing context (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) and the ability to independently build AI-supported workflows and processes, e.g. for campaign copy, reporting, audience analysis or automating recurring tasks
Understanding of consent management platforms (e.g. Cookiebot, OneTrust) and cookieless tracking alternatives (e.g. server‑side tracking, Conversion API)
Independent, structured working style and strong communication skills
Very good German language skills (written and spoken), good English skills
Desirable: passion for online gaming and a good understanding of gaming audiences and trends
Knowledge of SEO/SEA and content marketing
Experience with influencer or streamer marketing on platforms such as Twitch and YouTube
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience with CMS systems
