Role Overview
- Point of contact for our customers regarding questions about our insurance offering
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Process and review veterinary invoices
- Assist pet owners in understanding insurance terms and coverages
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experiences and processes
- Maintain documentation in our systems
Requirements
- Some prior experience in customer advisory, a veterinary practice/clinic, or another customer-facing role
- Business-fluent German, both written and spoken, and basic English skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Structured and detail-oriented working style
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Curiosity and motivation to learn new things
- Flexibility and a hands-on approach in a dynamic environment
- Team player who values regular exchange with colleagues
