Requirements
You have 2–5 years of accounting, finance, or fintech operations experience, you understand reconciliation, debits and credits, and why the small discrepancies are often the big ones
K-1s, 1065s, and partnership tax structures are familiar territory not something you'd need to look up
You've managed an external vendor relationship and held them to a deadline, not just followed their lead
You build the tracker when there isn't one. You write the SOP. You don't wait to be asked.
You actively use AI tools; specific tools, specific use cases, and you've measurably changed how you work because of them
You communicate clearly and professionally with assertive, experienced investors and business operators
You've worked in a lean startup or high-ambiguity environment and found it energizing rather than overwhelming
Benefits
