About this role

Plan and deliver demand generation programs to acquire new Enterprise customers and market to existing customers
Partner with relevant marketing teams to create demand generation campaigns or localize global campaigns
Establish the calendar of events and marketing campaigns
Organize events leveraging resources as needed
Align with Enterprise & global sales teams
Facilitate access to all marketing resources
Analyse results, metrics and reports to determine effectiveness of program activities

3 to 5 years of B2B field or event marketing experience preferably in the tech industry
Experience supporting complex buying cycles and interacting effectively with large sales teams
Superior project management skills
High comfort level with a fast-changing environment
Full proficiency in English required; fluency in Spanish is a significant plus
Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM), marketing automation (Marketo, Hubspot, etc.)
